JellyPhish is our email phishing analyser built into SecureDesk. When your staff receive a suspicious email, they can forward it to JellyPhish for instant analysis. It checks sender reputation, link destinations, attachment safety, and known phishing patterns — then gives a clear verdict your team can act on.
How does the AI support work?+
SecureDesk uses AI to understand incoming tickets, suggest solutions from your knowledge base, and route complex issues to the right person. Common problems get resolved instantly. It's not a chatbot giving generic answers — it learns your environment and gets smarter over time.
What about the SIEM dashboard?+
