We already have antivirus. Do we still need this?+

Traditional antivirus catches known malware. Our bundle includes EDR (endpoint detection and response), which monitors for suspicious behaviour patterns — things like credential dumping, lateral movement, or unusual process execution. It's a different level of protection.

What if our team ignores the phishing simulations?+

That's actually the point. Simulations identify who's most likely to click and lets us target training where it's needed. We track results over time so you can see improvement. No one gets in trouble — it's about building the habit.

Can we add penetration testing to this?+

Yes. Many SMB bundle clients add an annual pentest as a separate engagement. We offer a discounted rate for bundle clients.

Is there a minimum contract term?+

We ask for a 3-month minimum to get through deployment and initial tuning. After that, it's month-to-month. We'd rather earn your renewal than lock you in.
