Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 April 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Jellybean Cyber website (jellybeancyber.co.uk) and any services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Jellybean Cyber is a trading name of Jellybean Commercial Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Elmhurst Business Park, Lichfield, Staffordshire, United Kingdom.

2. Our services

We provide cybersecurity services including penetration testing, SIEM monitoring, IT support (SecureDesk), security bundles for SMBs, and software and web development. Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing before any engagement begins via a statement of work or service agreement.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. Pricing, availability, and scope are subject to confirmation.

3. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems (unless you have a signed penetration testing agreement with us — then please go ahead).
  • Use the site to distribute malware, conduct phishing, or engage in any activity that would be illegal under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.

4. Penetration testing and security services

All penetration testing and security assessment activities are performed only under a signed agreement that defines the scope, rules of engagement, and authorisation. We will never test systems without explicit written authorisation from the system owner.

Reports produced as part of a security engagement are confidential to the client and will not be shared with third parties without the client's written consent, except where required by law.

5. SecureDesk and JellyPhish

SecureDesk is our AI-powered IT support platform. JellyPhish is our email phishing analyser. Both are provided as part of a service agreement. While we strive for accuracy in phishing detection and IT support recommendations, no automated system is 100% accurate. JellyPhish verdicts should be treated as guidance, not guarantees.

6. Software development

Software and web development projects are governed by a project-specific agreement that details deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property in custom-built software transfers to the client upon full payment.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, code, graphics, and the Jellybean Cyber and JellyPhish names — is owned by Jellybean Commercial Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

The information on this website is provided for general guidance. While we make every effort to keep it accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jellybean Commercial Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your information, project details, or security findings to any third party without your written consent, except where required by law or regulation.

10. Payment terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of issue. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments after reasonable notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
